How I use it:
I’ve tried several of the flavors and have enjoyed them all, but the Fire flavor with Ginger and Cayenne is my favorite! I take a swig or two daily (1-2oz) typically after eating something savory. I usually get through one 12 oz bottle in about 4 days.
How I found it:
Home brewed kombucha is kind of a thing in Asheville. It is common to find local brewers at the farmers’ markets around town. I came across Buchi Kombucha in my local Whole Foods and saw that it was a local brew and decided to give it a try. And boy! I’m sooooo glad I did! Love this stuff.
Why I use it:
Honestly the #1 reason I consume this product is because it is FREAKIN’ DECLICIOUS. The amazing health benefits are just the proverbial icing on the cake. I also love that this brand is pretty dang low in sugar content relative to other brands. For anyone trying to break a soft drink habit, this is an amazing alternative. Not only does Kombucha provide wonderful health benefits, but I find the taste and fizz is better than any of my former favorite soft drinks.
